Requirements
We would like to be approx 50 miles radius of derby, with high footfall. We can move in straight away. We would be happy to rent a shop unit for a min of 6 months and longer. We would be happy to move out of the unit with at least 4 days notice. We would be able to decorate the unit as the colours we only use are white paint and know other colour, keeping the unit simple and ready for the landlord to let again with minimum hassle.
